The case is then called up in court and on the advice of advocate, Ashok Pradhan, Jaspal and his men decides to create such situations that Sachidanand find hard to comprehend which weakens him making him unable to explain things in the right manner; thus Pradhan is able to prove to the court that Sachidanand is mentally unfit and under intense pressure Sachidanand commit suicide.
