The story of a rogue, Osman, who earns his living by singing on the streets in return for some food. Since he could not achieve any goal in his life before, people call him Ofsayt Osman (off-side). One day two rich bussinesmen bet if there is a rogue who has honor and honesty or not. They decide to give one million Turkish Liras to a rogue to test him.
