Having just recovered from the tension between politically opponent groups and under the government of military junto in 1980s of Turkey, a small town in south eastern Anatolia is faced with a welcome ceremony for a military delegation visit. a group of local musicians are gathered to form a band, and they are told to play various anthems, which do not impose any political meaning for the delegation. The band starts to practice the anthems till the day of visit.
