Siddharth suffers with anger management issues. He marries his classmate Anjali. He constantly deals with problems which makes him angry. They both are on way to Anjalis house on the way a truck overtakes them in a way that could have injured them. Then they are at a restaurant to have dinner but they find the driver of the truck their who is a member of a gangster group. They then fights their way out of the situation. Siddharth then promises to Anjali that he will try his best to manage his anger.

Panimalai is an imaginary hill station, where there is a news anchor (Balaji Mohan), whose only aim is get TRP's for his channel. Meanwhile a salesman Aravind (Dulquer Salmaan), an orphan and happy-go-lucky good talker meets Dr. Anjana (Nazriya), a confused, soft spoken girl who is unable to express her feelings properly and has a dominating fiancée who is a control freak. There are also other characters like Health Minister Sundaralingam (Pandiarajan), Superstar Boomesh (John Vijay), Kudikara Sangam Thalaivar Ravi (Robo Shankar), a feudal landlord (Vinu Chakravarthi) and Anjana's step mother (Madhoo). One day, people in the scenic hill station get affected by 'dumb flu' and lose their voice. The film begins when Vasudeva Shenoy (Anoop Menon), a police constable by profession, proposes to his colleague Lakshmi (Lena) with a strong objection from Vasudeva Shenoy's mother. In the meantime Kunjunni Menon (Santhosh Keezhattoor), a thief, who disguised as a police inspector, falls in love with Lakshmi. Kunjunni Menon then convinces Lakshmi and her family to agree to marriage. Lakshmi later comes to know that her husband had cheated her. Lakshmi and Kunjunni however pretend to have an amicable marriage as she gives birth to Adithyan (Dulquer Salmaan). On the same day Vikraman (Unni Mukundan) was also born to Vasudeva Shenoy and his new wife. Laksmi further gives birth to two daughters. Kunjunni gets caught by Shenoy after committing a theft and was dragged to the jeep in front of his son (Adityan). Adithyan becomes very depressed and refuses to accept his father. Kunjunni unable to face his son, commits suicide. Adityan (Dulquer Salmaan), Vikraman (Unni Mukundan) and Deepika Pai(Namitha Pramod) befriend each other as schoolmates and the story proceeds to their adulthood. Faced with many hardships, Adithyan transforms into an intelligent man. He falls in love with Deepika and she reciprocates his feelings. In a string of events, Adithyan and Vikraman are in a competition for the SI (police) selections. Shenoy frames Adithyan with a crime he didn't commit, forcing Adithyan out of the SI selections. Adithyan runs away and returns many years later. With the help of Lokesh IAS (Nivin Pauly), Adithyan becomes an IPS officer and the new Assistant Commissioner of Police of Kochi, Kerala. Vikraman takes charge as an SI and Deepika unites with Adithyan. The film ends with Adithyan and his family standing up against the people that once teased him as the thief's son.

She explains why this camera is so important to her and she is making a 25th anniversary surprise for her parents in which Balaan also helps. Balaan find out sheela is with a boyfriend named Rahul and she get engaged with Rahul. Eventually Balaan convinced her(Sheela) that she believes in love and to choose him over Rahul. Sheela falls in love with Balan at the end and gets married with him.
