Curro is a smooth talker but unlucky salesman of kitchen robots who dreams to have a great job in the financial world. In the middle of a couple crisis with his wife Daniela, without money nor resources, with heavy debts and the menace to be fired if he doesnt make enough sales, Curro makes to his 9 years old son Nico (a boy who loves so very much to his father) a promise that he cannot fulfill: if Nico ends the school year with an A+ grade in all school subjects, he will takes him to an unforgettable summer holidays. Against all probabilities, Nico gets all A+ grades, forcing Curro to improvise a vacations traveling to Curros natal town in the middle of nowhere, just to find a desolated place with old people and no children. Disappointed, Nico protests Curro the journey wanting to travel with Curros brother-in-law and his family, but the honest intentions of Curro makes that Nico gives his father a last chance. It makes that both arrive to a spa administrated by Zoe, a posh girl who tries desperately that her daughter Laura talks, who she muted since Zoes divorce. Amazed seeing that the child talks when Curro are close, Zoes therapist asks her strongly that Curro keeps close of they two as much time as be possible. In an effort to retain them, Zoe travels with Laura, Curro and Nico to the house of Julieta, Zoes mother, an absent-minded rich woman who despises openly Curros class-worker manners. But all it changes due to Jorge and VÃctor, a couple of rogue financiers who they try that Zoe firms a big contract to make a so risky invert which not only affects Julietas millions but the same company where Daniela works (which is in the eve to move it to another country, causing the dismissal of all workers including the own Daniela). Seeing how Zoe is now influenced by Curro and his natural goodness, Jorge and VÃctor want to have Curros of their side for what the undecided Zoe firms finally. It will put Curro in a hard decision: accept the offer of Jorge and Victor that it will save his job and will pay his debts, or keeping loyal to Zoe and convince her of not firming a contract that it could to make lose familys richness. After the success of virtual assistant Conchy created by him, the life of Javier and Marisa with their five children (teenager Sara, preteen Carlota, child RocÃo and Dani, and little child Paula) seems to be better than ever. However, troubles appear by surprise in an unstoppable way: Carmen leaves Paco (Javiers brother) by his negative to have a child; Marisas maid Rosaura announces to leave the family after Marisas friend Leticia tempted her in secret to work for her in better job conditions; Sara is interested in a high school classmate named Junior; RocÃo becomes obsessive to be Andalucian to be a star of flamenco music; Dani just want for traveling Eurodisney and has troubles with his school coach who prevents him to play soccer; and Paula passes the days claiming to have a pet dog. As if it not was enough, Marisa gives Javier a special news: shes pregnant...again. Overwhelmed by the situation despite all his efforts, Javier tries to keep together his highly dysfunctional family, but with disastrous results: after a strong discussion with the school coach Javier replaces him in the job just to learn that Dani is a dreadful soccer player; RocÃo escapes from home trying to travel Sevilla to be a Andalusian girl; and Sara is shamed by his father and relatives during a school camping when Javier moves there with the other children to spy Sara, fearing that she and Junior have relations. Distressed beyond the reasonable and tired of the excessive attentions of Javier to her by the pregnancy, Marisa fulfills her longtime threat: she calls Milagros to help the family. A strong woman that loves Marisa but despises Javier, the grandmother of the family is a force of nature who appears as a twister in the house, turning Javiers life in a hell. According time passes, Javier and Milagros enter in an open war to be head of the family, specially when RocÃos First Communion is incoming and the two compete fiercely to give her an unforgettable day.
