In desperation, they decide to go to Dubai and try their luck. He prompts Joji to hide her till the reward is increased, but later Nandini reveals that she is not mentally ill and she is an illegitimate child in search of her father (played by Thilakan). Meanwhile, the vicious Shekharan (Napoleon) of a rival clan has sworn to avenge the death of his uncle, killed by Neelakandan's men.
