Sethumadhavan wants to start a biscuit factory near his house but the bureaucratic corruption poses hurdles in his path. Along with that he has to solve his family problems created by his brother and brother-in-law. He marries his long-term fiancee Sulochana, who always cribs that he doesn't love her the same way as he did before their marriage.
