Join Matt and Savannah, two adventurous interns on an archaeological dig in Hawaii, as they embark on an unexpected journey of survival. They are pursued by Kaiwa, a misguided protector of Hawaiian culture, who believes they are stealing the artifacts. The stakes rise when Kaiwa kidnaps Savannah and steals one of the artifacts. As they navigate down the treacherous mountainside, the trio encounters a series of life-threatening challenges, including a dramatic lava fountain and a deadly volcanic laze cloud of toxic gas. This harrowing journey tests their physical endurance, emotional resilience, and mental fortitude, while also straining Matt and Savannahs romance.
