Unbeknownst to her, he stalks and films her repeatedly, making her the star in his deranged magnum opus. Ducking the police at every turn, reveling in the palpable fear he's created in the community, the killer's work presses on toward its bloody climax. Looky-loo explores themes of voyeurism, obsession, and the power of images, with a chilling atmosphere and gritty, disturbing imagery that will leave viewers terrified long after the credits roll.
