Camargue, France - Nejma trains hard to win the local bullfighting competition. When she is mauled after a celebration, she starts to notice disturbing changes. News of a rogue bull on the loose terrifies the community, killing young men.

World War II in Chumphon, Mek (Nonkul), a new sergeant, and Mok (Ud Awat), his younger brother in the Youth Soldier unit, face a mysterious threat when something belonging to the Japanese goes missing during their landing. This leads Mok and his fellow youth soldiers to encounter horrors far worse than war. Even after Thailand and Japan declare a ceasefire, Mek receives a special covert mission to clean up the area alongside a Japanese combat unit, unaware that this might include his own brother.

Thongkam and Sek, a devoted gay couple, have worked tirelessly to build a life together, including owning a house and a durian orchard in Mae Hong Son.
